If you do that there is no wiggle or loose feeling when doing bench incline or military press

For those complaining that the back of the bench is wobbly you need to replace the 12mm bolt that attaches it to the frame with a 6inch long 12 bolt with the corresponding washers and nut as other reviewers have mentioned

The metal is on the thin side and the bench is pretty light so the advertised weight rating 500lbs total seems questionable
