Pros
Coc has a silver coil, silver grips and the grips are a tad smoother. Using these daily has seriously increased my grip strength as well as the visible muscle tone in my forearms. The metal is easy to grip, and grips your skin all the same.

Seems to be a sturdy product so far. Great stuff. Even while still in the packaging, the weight of this product lets you know it means business.
The captains of crush trainers are well made and durable enough to be apart of my everyday routine. The durability is amazing and the strength-building is to the point. I suspect they will last a very long time.
Cons
The 100lb trainer is too easy for me. The whole thing is more of an inconvenience than a hand\forearm workout. I have some old diversified products hand grip strengtheners with plastic handles, that were so much better than these, and cheaper.
