Product come in secured paging. Great product. Nice and slim.
Most license plate mounts only use the upper two holes so install is insanely quick and easy. Had no issue installing it. Attach to all assembly parts and ls plate before installation onto vehical.
Cons
This ad is misleading. The cover went from a grey smoke color to a ugly yellowed plastic in approximately 8 months. No install hardware, open package, scratched cover.

Place plastic black covers over nuts after blots are secured on the back of the rubber plate sleeve

You will need a 3 tip phillips head screwdriver to screw it in a 2 tip will slip stripping the head
