Pros

It works with both my ipad air with a heavy duty case and our phones. Held my tablet perfectly. The velcro is nice and strong and holds the tablet securely in place.

Cons

Rubber quality to hold ipad or phone is bad. It sits crooked. Stretching the rubber around the corners of the ipad has weakened the rubber and will tear at any time. Disappointed; now when we use is the ipad falls out.

It rips within 1 or 2 days of use. Shakes way too much.
