The instructions were lacking a bit but all the online reviews saved the day so i’m adding to it

You have to take the canopy out and the part that you open for the baby to lay down must be close it is not pretty but it is functional

We struggled a little when installing it and the instructions were not super straight forward for example it wasn’t clear that you have to insert it into the secondbottom hole on the side of the stroller in order for it to click into place
