Pros
The holder is metal and looks pretty classy. Holds phone perfect and also looks sleek. Sturdy and easy to install without damaging your car dash.
The only thing is that you cannot turn it horizontally when you are using this device. It even has a slot that would allow me to have my charging cable plugged in when using the holder.
Cons
When placed in the sun, the equipment is deformed. The lower part that attaches to the steering wheel loses the adhesion of the glue. Phone, when nested in cradle angles down, no adjustment to tighten/loosen the joint.

Sometimes it does slip from the air vent but thats only happened a few times in the span of a few years

My air vents are somewhat different than the ones showed and was a little difficult to install i knew about this when buying and since installing it i had no problem with the phone holder almost 1 year using it

The audio jack on my s8 is just off to the side so i can use it while the phone is in the holder

My usbc cable the stock one from the s8 doesnt really fit in the bottom slot but i can jam it in there with a bit of force and it stays put
