Pros
Quality of this product is so far superior to the oem that it isn't even in the same league. The holder is very solid and made of good quality materials. Secure with no shaking or vibration.
It’s a great aftermarket windshield mount for my passport detector. This mount grabs the passport 8500 quite well. Works great, just like the gps.

Several weeks of use with the mount in place and holding the solo have produced no issues.
Contrary to what i have read about the suction, i cleaned the glass well and have had great results with the suction power.

It just does what it is supposed to at a really good price.
Very easy to use and an excellent price.
Packaging/appearance
This has saved me over 20ntimes since i purchased it living out in the country i have sometimes not paid attention to my speed.
In other words i live out in the country and drive off-road quite a bit.

I have traveled with it a few times it picks up cameras and speed camera signals but not very good on laser and speed trap and long range signals
