Pros
Tough, roomy, and with enough pockets for most uses. The material is the sturdy firehose canvas that their traditional jackets are made of. It's waterproof from what i can tell.
The pack fills out into its true shape and loses its prefolds from shipping after a few uses. This is a really nice pack, and no one would complain if someone just handed them one.

Seems really durable and am currently using it as my daily driver if i am not using a lot of photo gear.
It's the same type of material, that breaks in more and more over time.
The main material is thick and sturdy.
Price
But to spend so much money on a pack, you want it to be everything you're looking for.
Packaging/appearance
It would be nice if it had a few more compartments, but i dropped all my cables into a packing cube and now the problem is solved.

The bags small pocket in the fronts lining was a little out of place when i opened it up

It seemed to not have been sewn in when the bag was made going to get a new one and hope it isn’t the same other then that i love the bag great material and seems to fit what i want

Its unlike anything ive seen any other brands making in packs so this is pretty unique to the carhartt brand

Theres a secondary slip pocket inside as well as a small zipper pocket and then the large interior compartment
