I originally ordered a size 36 but they were quite snug on my 5 10 185lb frame so i returned em for size 46 so i can wear long johnsunder armor and sweat pants underneath

It might be warmer if it fit tighter but im hot blooded and so far its plenty warm wearing jeans and a t shirt underneath down in to the teens
