Pros

The inseam is just the right length. They seem solidly built. Comfortable and roomy for working around the house and garden.

I wear them bot working and as normal shorts. Mu boyfriend loves it! This is the only brand my bf will wear.

The pockets are well placed. It fits my flashlight and pens like my work pants. The pocket on the right side that i use for my earbuds is larger than previous carhartt cargo shorts i've bought. Lots of pockets and tool loops.

Cons

This is the third item which they drastically changed from a former item that i liked much better. I'm not sure if they are trying to modernize but i hope not. It is very disappointing as i have been a faithful believer in carhartt quality.

Some colors shrink badly after after the first wash and even worse quickly as time goes on until they are unwearable after no time at all. Even their work tees, that i wear everyday, are inconsistent between colors of the exact same shirt.

I'm not an someone who irons and so i'm a dryer "unwrinkler" and even after splashing thesw with water, quite a few wrinkles stuck around.

Just wish they didn’t cost so much.

I got these on sale but normal price is just too much money.

I am glad to see the ripstop option in the carhart family.

My go to for work shorts, but the thighs rub through pretty fast compared to other products.
