A 2xl is perfect. Got a size xxl extra long. Lol carhartt hats too work for me the best.

All my t shirts are carharts because, well, they are crafted well from very good material. Comfortable heavyweight shirt.

Best tshirt on the market. Still seems to wear well and sizing is pretty consistent.
