Pros

It's roomy, so if you're looking a fitted feel or looking to layer it, go a size smaller. My husband needs extra large tall and it's almost impossible to find talls.

The garment is significantly better than most similar garments. It is durable enough for working construction. Great material and holds up wash after wash.

It’s snug around the neck, but not tight or uncomfortable. Very comfortable and not restricting at all. Just right for indoors in the winter, and awesome outdoors on cooler days.

Carhartt never fails to deliver a great product. They always last a very long time. But very durable.

He wears and xxl and the shirt is very generous, but not sloppily so.

Cons

Nautica is a knock-off that is overpriced for the quality. The sizing is ridiculous.
