Pros

This jacket is water resistant, quilted and very warm. My husband has to be outside in below freezing weather when it comes and this keeps him warm. The jacket is very warm and rugged.

Carhartt is a long-honored brand for a reason! The j140 really is the way to go in my opinion. It never disappoints! Rubbing candle was the fix.

The wacky thing is the carhartt name sizing. I wear a medium in the loose fit tshirts because the large tshirts feel a little sloppy. The medium was snug in the pits.

Cons

There were no new tags nor stickers on the jacket. A company that doesn't respect peoples freedom or religion is not a company i will support.

The zipper hangs up in the middle where the pockets intersect. As a result the zipper tends to stick right at that spot making it difficult to move the zipper smoothly. The pockets are not lined.

Got lucky and purchased this coat for 70$.

They do run a little bigger than expected but can complain that you get more for your money
