Color is dark but still can see it is blue

We thought it was the quilted liner and it really only has a mesh liner

I ordered an xlarge but i should have gotten a large in big and tall as another customer suggested in their review because my boyfriend wanted the coat tighter at the waste since the coat looks too long and it is very loose at the waistline
