Pros

This is perfect if you're searching for a slimmer winter jacket. The hoodie is thick and quilted all the way down the arms.

It's a great outer layer in rain or shine. The thermal lining is a little rougher feeling on exposed skin.

Carhartt never seems to disappoint. Sturdy and high quality. Couldn't be happier.

The zipper is beefy and works well. It has a bit of a stiffness to it, but i expected that, because it is moisture resistant. Doesn't get soaked like a regular zip up.

The quilt extends from the body all the way out to the sleeves. Layered over a long sleeved t-shirt. I work in refrigeration and this hoodie keeps me warm.

Cons

I orderd a xxl but for some reason received one labeles xl on the sleeve that was actually a 3xl per the tag. For them to market a hoodie like this and call it midweight is ridiculous. Only the zipper pull was left.

The material is comfortable and good quality.

Now i have a belly, not a small guy by any means and i am now closer to a 2xl after losing a few pounds but in no way am i a large or xl.

The jacket appears well made as expected.

Price

The gray color costs $30 less than the black or blue.

Haven’t been out in the rain in it so not sure how dry it’ll keep you but for the money it’s a nice hoodie/jacket.

Took to long to receive i will have to wait for it to get cold to really try out.

They first sent the wrong size but quickly replaced it with the right one.

Competitiveness

The sweater quality is amazing nothing less from carthart.

This hoodie did not disappoint and this is my first time purchasing carhartt brand.

The outer layer is similar to the nike dry-fit material, and the inside is a quilted nylon.

I can't imagine how the jacket came to smell like a well used ashtray but someone at carhart better keep an eye on their warehouse staff.
