Pros

Quality is top notch for price twice as much. He loves being outdoors and this coat is very tough. The material is canvas, it fit perfectly on him he says it is the warmest jacket he’s ever worn.

A long sleeve shirt, fleece, sweater, etc. They fit perfectly son had to have xt for the long arms & long torso. Will and have worn front 60 down to 14 below.

This is my first carhart jacket and it won't be the last. Also this is his 2nd he outgrew his first one. Love the toughness of the carhartt.

Cons

Carhartt renamed the old (real) aj and bumped the price way up. This seems deceptive to me. It's almost as if the angle is out of whack so that they don't marry as they should. Which just defeats the purpose of this jacket.

The lining of this jacket is not compatible with anything that has velcro. This jacket actually warms less than a hoodie. Its liner is inconsequential.
