This shirt is 100% perfect for chemo patients. My husband is 6'2 200 lbs and it fits lots like an xxxl. Usually order an xl just to be on the safe side. Chalking up the size difference to the loose fit.

Given the poor accuracy of their tagging lately, the likeness of even getting something that was actually a different size, regardless of its tag, is pretty low. When they say loose fit they mean loose fit.
