This leash is great and holds up nicely! It’s a sturdy leash, what i expected from carhartt. Two thumbs up. It's sturdy and seems durable.

Double clasp ends are thick, solid feeling metal with smooth edges and durable appearing clasps. The buckles are sturdy brass, not flimsy garbage like the rest.

The clip makes it very versatile to use. A second clip allows you to transition it from a long lead to a very short lead instantly. It also has an added buckle that slides or moves so you can shorten the leash when needed.

Carhartt refuses to honor their manufacturer warranty. This leash is not sturdy or durable at all. While the leash is well-made, this design flaw compromises its overall safety.

If manufacturer isn't going to support their product, i wish that they would just say so instead of gulling consumers into taking the time to mail stuff back to them. This fails abysmally. This leash is very disappointing.
