Pros & Cons
Pros
This is the best brush i’ve ever used for basting and for pastry. Works great for that, bristles stay intact. The handle is long enough to baste a turkey in the oven but not too long for easy handling on the countertop. Perfect as a bbq sauce brush!

When i made the switch from plastic to wood and silicone i knew i wanted a hair brush for pastries and baking

The silicone ones are always great for bbq and cooking but when you want a good egg wash or butter coat you need something thicker to really “paint” it on
