Pros
It keeps the beverage piping hot all day. Simple way to cater hot or cold beverages. Purchase to use in an outdoor concession stand during cold events.
Cons
The cambro is a good overall product, but when it arrived it was a little beat up, filthy, and poorly packaged. The dispenser valve was stripped out on two brand new units and leaked. Hot apple cider poured all over my office carpet.

My only complaint is that the surface finish does not lend itself to adhesive labels, not even the labels provided with the product.
