Pros
I am so thankful that there are shoes like these that are stylish and affordable. I can wears these shoes over 8 hours in a day without my feet hurting!
They fit true to size and are comfy for long periods of time. Fits well, though it's a tiny bit smaller than what i expected, especially after putting in a cushion on the sole. But oddly they ended up being super comfortable!
Cons
The boots have two zippers but only one actually zips down. The heel started peeling apart after minimal wear. Bought a size 9 for daughter for christmas, not even close in size.
Very cheaply made. Would ask for a refund. They will be returned also. I have no issues with paying for returns when an item is sent to me and it is damaged or defective.
