Pros
I was blown away by how much sugar the regular shakes have. I make my own plain yogurt and i strain it so it's a thick greek yogurt consistancy. We prefer the packets too over the big scoop container but the big container would save on waste.
Less calories and tastes great. Great suff. Great tasting and good price.
Cons

Every single packet in every single box was not sealed shut. It had been wet or stored at different temperatures. It got trashed.

Been using product for long time and is loved by one and all in family due to great taste and no added sugars
It makes a quick, easy, low fat, high protein, fortified drink.
1 had no seal at all along one side and was stuck to the adjoining one; 3 had partial seals.
I have been drinking this for breakfast ever since the "light start" version came out.
Price
I can’t find it in stores anymore, and the price is right on amazon!
I love the flavor and the price.
I see there is no compensation available for some $20± of lost value.

We have loved getting this product on an ongoing scheduled delivery.
It's not always easy to find the light start variety, so i put it on a regularly scheduled delivery through amazon.

Today when i opened a box of 8 packets, powder went all over.
I had almost a whole box wasted!
Bad packaging was a problem before but now i am concerned about more of this in the future.
Competitiveness
I tried at least 10 different protein drinks, and this was definitely the best in flavor.
I have found that instant breakfast keeps me from getting hungry before lunchtime much better than cereal or other fast breakfast foods.
