While ive kept them on medium to low heat nothing scorched on the bottom like my other cookware does

Between the builtin pour spout and matching lids you can very easily drain liquids off from solids like after cooking ground beef and you dont have to fight to hold the lid steady

They can be washed in the dishwasher but this brand does scratch easy when it comes in contact with metal so be careful

Nothing i’ve cooked has stayed after rinsing in hot water

Ive most recently been using a pot to poach eggs and my old stainless steel pot was a bit beatup i burned quinoa and the impression of the quinoa is singed into the bottom of inside of the pot which makes it uneven
