Since the handles don’t get hot as they would if they were permanently attached they are easier to use

Of course the primary reason for removable handles is that the pots and pans take up a lot less space

You can nest then together more easily therefore taking up less room

In using at home i found another plus some of the recipes we are using require a frying pan to braise some cutlets on the stove top followed by baking in an oven

With fixedhandle pans the handles get really hot and i’ve burned fingers forgetting that the whole thing has been in the oven at 350f for 20 minutes
