Granite pan uses polytetrafluoroethylene (ptfe) granite-coated cookware is safe to use as they have the same material as other non-stick utensils. Non-stick surface makes cooking and cleaning a breeze. It cleans up easily.
This pan is easy to use and has instructions on which type of spoons to use. The bottom is thick and i'm not afraid of it warping or flaking.

This pot is sturdy and durably made. The lid is clear plastic and silicone rubber. It's bit pricey but it's really not that expensive if you compare to other top shelf cookware.
