This pan is nice for the price and although it is smaller than i expected i would recommend

I ruined my first one because i used a scrubby sponge on it and it ruined the finish so i ordered another one this time i will know better

When frying with minimum oil the oil does tend to accumulate on the sides

Itβs a great size for 1 person and nothing sticks to the bottom of the pan even without shortening

I guess low depth allows more oil splatter if you use cooking oil or spray that would be the only knock but not really
