Pros

Pans and skillets have wood handles and are easy to use. Works great on my gas stove with no issue. The dutch oven is great to make stews and soups in but the handles get very hot, you definitely need to use a hot pad with that one!

They cook very fast, have nice browning on meats, and absolutely no stick. They heat evenly, and are non-stick.

The spatula is great and washes up nicely. Heating is even and cleanup is a breeze. The inside surface is incredibly smooth and there is a lot of slip created, meaning you can just use a little drip of oil.

Cons

Amazon wants me to return the entire set and the support email from carote was invalid. No amount of cleaning gets them unstained and heat discolored. In between most of the pans it seems like they are cracked / damaged.
