Much as i lobe them there is one small quibble if you spill something on the outside of the pan like from flipping whatever you are sautéing and you get a little carried away clean it up immediately after use

It cleans up without a problem if you do it right away but it you don’t clean the outside and use the pan again there is a good chance it will burn on and be rather difficult to get it back to looking nice
