A very goodlittlefrying pan. Works well. Instructions on how to do this is on the packaging.
After initial cleaning/oiling i find it very easy to use and clean. Easy clean, non stick and lightweight. Easily cleaned after use with a paper towel - do not intend to use in the dish washer.
Cons
The handle is gorgeous in design and touch, is poorly compatible to the pan as it is likely to burn with higher heat and produces (toxic? My guess is the pan ironically does not have high heat resistant (hot oil) or it's purely for the handle's sake. ... Read More
