Just the right size and balance for flipping 2-3 eggs with a perfect result - over easy, medium, hard, etc.

I was able to wipe it out completely with just a paper towel afterwards and it is spotless.

I tested it first by cracking an egg into the pan completely dry with no oil or butter.
