Durability of product is great. Product material is also good. Nice packaging by carote.

It is better to use a regular kadhai with some oil or ghee than to risk your health and taste with this faulty product. Amazon carote not providing a wooden spatula along with the kadai. The frying pan is of very poor quality.

Unnecessarily heavy… almost like iron cookware(24cm) sans the durability. Cheap quality plastic is what it seems like. This can be seen on the zoomed image.

This is inconvenient for a product of this price range. Buy wisely. Amp; will not promote this brand.

Product seems to be of smaller size than claimed. Could return only for 10 days. No response from customer care. Even though product is still under warranty both carote team and amazon team is not ready to replace the product.

Only and biggest flaw is the handles. Holding handles are of rubber which gets easy dirty and changes colour which never restores back to original. Cover lid is quite loose.
