Pros

Carote's pots and pans are beautiful, lightweight and non stick. Cooking is a breeze and cleanup is no issue. The only caveat is the lid handles.

Cons

The handles are not metal, they are some type of resin. Tried reaching out to get new handle, still no reply. The pots are the poorest quality.

Black coating on the bottom rubs off when its wet. Scratches are minimal but, the undercoating after every use leaves a * black ink like stain on everything beyond your drying towel. They feel very thin and like they will dent easy. They also discolor... Read More

They were prompt and within days i was offered a new pan and had one on the way in the mail!

Although i was missing an item from the set, i reached out to customer service and they were very quick to get back to me.

Packaging/appearance

The pots and pans were gorgeous and cooked everything perfectly!

My package arrived perfectly and they put lots of extra cardboard so it didn't chip or break.

I love the look, so classy, however, two of them came a little chipped and the water goes inside lid knob.
