The warranty card states that they will replace handles that are cracked, loose, or break with their 12 month global warranty.

Inexpensive and they have held up well

The only issue i have now is the discoloration in one of the pans :( perhaps this is just the price you pay for having white pans.

Shipping

I contacted the company, sent pics& video and they replaced the pot quickly!

They promptly addressed the issue and took full responsibility, ensuring everything was resolved quickly and smoothly.

I responded and the very next day they sent the tracking info for my replacement.

I would have given 5 stars if i had only received the defective pot and it was resolved quickly.

Packaging/appearance

I ordered the 21 pc white set and indeed received one of the faulty pots.

Someone got rid of a box and it looked very clean.

Everything came wrapped in bubble wrap or cardboard with cardboard separating some of the items.

Competitiveness

That said, the heat distribution across the cookware is much better than my previous cookware.

The high heat is the medium for all the other brands i have bought in my life.
