The bottom of these pans are thick and heat evenly.

I have been looking for ana affordable pot set with removable handles and this was perfect.
Good value and will last a long time.
I know it's probably a very fixed quick by either messaging the company or going out and buying a $0.
25 screw, but i was still disappointed that a set with a relatively high price tag would have that kind of oversight.

I did notice when i was unboxing there was a tiny scratch on 1 pan.

They have the granite nonstick surface with i prefer

The other innovation is that the handles easily snap on and off easily

They also come with a surface protector to put in between the stack pans so as to not scratch their surfaces

It doesnt affect the non stick functionality of the pan it just doesnt look great

Ive never put these in the dishwasher even though it says you can they will likely last longer if you dont

I also never use it above medium high heat as the instructions state so im not sure why the one pan has that discoloration
