Pros

This pan is absolutely fantastic in every way. This is the second granite pan i have ordered. I use the 13 inch 6.

Not letting it get too hot has kept the non-stick capability. Appears built to last.

Cons

The mfg refuses to respond. The product label says its made out of ceramic and ceramic shouldn’t leave any residue while cooking. The metal ring around the lid is bent and it doesn't sit in the pan as it should.

Seems like great quality used on the pan.

That didn’t happen with the carote non-stick.

We keep trying new non-stick pans and after a month or two are disappointed.

I recommend not heating pan up to high as it could ruin coating.
