Pros

Love carote brand. We needed a good omlette pan, this fits the bill nicely. Reasonably priced. Does eggs superbly.

Cons

Minimal use frying meats snd eggs. Cooking is not even. I know this wont get into my cooking, being on the bottom, but.

The granite colored coating is micro thin. The entire pan discolors under heat. No pfoa, no cadmium, no lead.
