My case arrived ok put my phone in it and you cant use the fingerprint scanner because the case is too thick i would not recommend this product not much thought went into it best place for it is in the bin just cant be bothered to send it back mother in law loves it fits well with actual cut outs for buttons which is better an excellent cover
