It has a glossy finish which i am not sure how to feel about it but it doesn’t effect the touch pad as far as sensitivity or use so no issues there

The instructions say to do al these things like take a sticker to get off the fuzz etc

I did however really wish it included wipes and the sticker to remove lint which wouldve helped me avoid the air bubbles
