If you are using your macbook in the dark or if the keyboard is lit up the cover will make it harder to see the keys

It is translucent enough that its not a huge problem but probably a minor design flaw

Though this keyboard cover is not much of an adhesive design it does work well with it being close and open during the usage of the laptop
