Pros

The corners of the case look particularly-beefy (for drop protection), but the case does not feel chunky overall.

It fits snuggly, and is compatible with the tempered glass screen protector. Good snug fit, stays on the phone.

Great cutouts, clicky *, and sharp looking. All the *, cutouts for speakers and usb-c and cameras line up as they should. My only complaint is that the * aren't very pronounced.

The case fits extremely well on the pixel 8. It is a bit more bendy than other more durable cases. Had this for 6a too & bought again for the 8.

Cons

The orange stiffening backing is absent and the case on the whole is more flimsy.

It’s made of material thats great for gripping and it holds on to the phone quite well.

The grippy texture is a huge upgrade from both silicone and hard plastic cases.

This case allowed the phone to stay put until an incline on a paper pad got beyond 30 degrees or so.

It makes the phone actually grippable, and anyone who has ever held a pixel knows they slip off of and out of everything.

It's not a bad looking case, looking sort of "outdoorsy", reminding me to a puffy jacket or vest.
