The rounded square cutout has a bevel to it to somewhat protect the camera lenses and doesnt cover the lidar sensor like some knockoff cases do not sure if that affects the sensor but i would assume it does

Im not sure that the corner cutouts actually help with case removal it seems just as hard to remove my 7 plus case mentioned above
