Pros

The bottom half of the case has just the right amount of roughness to allow me to hold it in my hand without slipping. There is a nice knurled texture on the edges where your hands grip the phone to avoid slipping. The grip is just as dependable.

This removes the need for a camera protector, unless you want to cover the actual lense. Cushion design and edge / camera covers give it great drop protection. With its compact dual-layer design, it offers excellent protection while looking sleek.

The case fits snugly over the phone. The slightly textured surface makes it easy to hold.

Soft and flexible exterior, with more rigid interior cases are often a bit bulky and cumbersome. Slim and not bulky and doesn't slide around. Not too thick to hinder wireless charging.

It is amazing. Well pleased. It has my recommendation. Impressed with build quality & feel of the case.

Cons

The problem is that it has discolored with moderate use and the discoloration can't be cleaned off. The case barely has any grip and slides out of your hand. Not the same product as previous generations.

As well as the color of the case, being a “blueberry navy”, offers a different color.

Competitiveness

It is so far much more durable than the first case we bought (from a different brand), and it has a pleasing design.

The instant i tried this case on, it was game over for the other brands.

I bought a few brands of cases to try out on my new pixel and really thought i was going to stick to the previous case brand i had.

I have tried a few other cases for this phone, and i have come to realize that i prefer them to have the magsafe style function to them.
