This is my second time buying a parallax case and the product couldn't be better!
I've had no problems with the buttons being pushed.
The parallax is my chosen case for all my phones but i was deeply disappointed with the color of this one.
I'm bummed that they don't have the dark blue with the gold accents.
Price
It was nice for the price paid .
Packaging/appearance
The the case feels good in the hands alitle bit slippery.
Competitiveness
Easy to install-looks great- not bulky- survived and protected one major fall.
I had almost the same caseology case on my note 8 for the last 2 years.
This is my third or fourth caseology case.

Only problem is if screen hit something hard face down then youre likely to have a crack

They were either too bulky or did not protect the phone the way i wanted

This is good for back side and face flat smooth such as floors impacts but if it hits the face and doesnt hit the ends top and bottom also its going to hit the glass because the cases side edges are lower than the glass face

Did chip out one little piece by the s pen on this one but that was a perfect drop apparently to chip the plastic

The matte finish does come off if you use a side pressure type holder but nothing id dock a star for
