If you are using a caseology case the thinner screen protector is a good thing and preserves a little bit more of a lip compared to with a thicker screen protector.

These screen protector are slightly on the thinner side which typically means they will more likely shatter on impact than a thicker one thats what they are designed for though and having a second on for this price is still pretty decent
