Pros
Band is relatively easy to install and fits comfortably. Fits my pas-410b perfect, but a bit expensive. Totally matches the wrist ban that came with the watch and was not difficult to exchange.
Cons
The band on my old pathfinder watch is worn and ready to fall apart. I find it very strange that information this important is not listed.

Always difficult to change watch bans had to look on line at video to do but its done and fits perfect

The minuses i consider it to be relatively expensive for what it is basically a leatherfabric band with velcro fastening
