Also the light illuminates only the dial and not the digital display

This particular variant of gshock mudmaster comes with negative display meaning the digital screens are black and the number display are white

Despite its faults this is a tough and great looking watch packed with features but if you plan to do alot of tactical stuff at night then i would not recommend this watch

One minor quibble is casios choice to use negative display for the digital displays on this watch
