Its nothing major and to be honest its a great instrument for the money just make sure that you your child is a dedicated learner dont waste your money if the instruments just going to sit there and gather dust get one of the cheaper digital keyboards for that

However being made of mostly plastic the sounds of keys being pressed can be pretty noisy
