Pros & Cons
Pros
The keyboard is great fun to learn and play on, if you are a beginner like me, this is probably a very good board to learn on. It’s a good beginner keyboard with most features.
The keyboard has audio in/out, a port to connect to a computer/phone/tablet, aport for a pedal and of course the power ac port. The keyboard can be used as a midi controller as well.
Purchased this for my apartment after occasionally messing around in pianos and teaching myself on them in the university dorms. The piano volume is great. I wish there was a better fender rhodes sample and that the organs were a little more realistic... Read More
The keyboard is great and there were no problems with that. My only complain about this unit is that it's not usb powered and that it uses micro usb cable instead of the more relaible printer usb cable.
Cons
Received the ct-s300 with a software/firmware version 01. They refer to the effect as very subtle, in fact so subtle it is unnoticeable. Quality control seems lacking in this area.
Highlights
Quality
Light weight and the sound quality is great.
As someone beginning to learn piano, i’m blown away by the quality and price point of the ct-s300.
Okay after becoming more familiar with the keyboard, i found out that i can completely turn off the touch sensitive feature.
A little disappointed in the stand for it.
Price
It serves all my purposes and is really fun to work with, i think it's great for the price, literally a huge steal.
I felt like it was really small for the price.
Packaging/appearance
I did a ton of research for a keyboard for my 6 year old and this was one of the highest-rated.
Competitiveness
This made a world of difference in the volume.
It’s a gift for someone and it overall exceeded expectations!
Oh and by the way, i have had two cheap keyboards previously over the years by the main leading competitor and ended up giving ... Read More

The speakers are fine but the grand piano does not sound quite good so you have to go for the mellow to actually have a decent sound
