Im assuming a network issue nothing bad against the seller i couldnt get the battery in the phone so i took it to a verizon store and they also could not get the battery in so i had to return it because i was going out of town and needed a phone asap

Phone came on time perfect condition but im not sure if its because its an older version or what but drops calls with every call ended up switching my husband back to his old phone and ordered him a new ruggedized phone from verizon directly unfortunately
