A lot of the casio screens seem to have an ugly brownish cast in daylight thankfully this model doesnt

In some ways it is utterly exquisite in its insane levels of attention to detail with an incredibly tiny little lcd time zone map that shows the part of the world that corresponds to the time zone the main display is showing and a fully digital miniature analog face clock that always shows the home time no matter what the time on the main screen is showing

Now one obvious potential problem with allowing essentially half the watch to be filled with cool looking but mostly unnecessary little gizmos is that you have to fit everything else in the bottom half of the dial

You can set 4 different time zones in the main screen and cycle through them all from inside that main home screen

I also like that there is an indicator above the map that shows whether any alarm is set to go off or not allowing you see at a glance whether you remembered to set your alarm or not

It definitely has a utilitarian divers watch kind of vibe and the complicated design of the face suggests that it is some sort of dive computer watch from a distance
